  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl

  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ tsp Black Pepper grounded
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Mustard ground
  • 2 Pork Chops 1 ½ -inch thick, bone-in & center cut

  • Start by preheating the air fryer at 400 ° F for 5 minutes. Tip: For preheating the air-fryer, you can either press the preheating button or you need to preheat it manually by heating it normally.
  • Next, wash the chops properly and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Then, take a small bowl and stir in all the remaining ingredients excluding the olive oil into it. Mix well.
  • After that, apply the olive oil lightly over both sides of the pork chops and then coat it with the spice mix generously. Press slightly.
  • Now, lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and place the chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Tip: Make sure that the chops do not touch each other and the sides.
  • Finally, cook it for 1o to 12 minutes while flipping it once after 6 minutes. Tip:  The internal temperature of the chops should be between 145 ° F and 155 ° F. At this point, the meat will have a golden brown exterior with a blush of pink in the middle portion. This means that the meat is cooked properly.
  • Allow the meat to rest for three to five minutes before serving. Tip: This step is important as it allows the juices to settle.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
