  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Avocado large, sliced into halves & preferably chilled
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk full-fat
  • 1/3 cup Cacao Powder raw
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon grounded
  • Sea Salt Flakes as needed


  • Scoop out the flesh from the avocado and place them in the high-speed blender along with maple syrup, cinnamon, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and coconut milk.
  • Blend them at high speed for a minute or two or until you get a smooth and creamy mixture. Scrape down the sides and blend again.
  • Check for sweetness and add more if needed.
  • Transfer the mixture to the serving bowls or sweet wine glass.
  • Garnish with sea salt flakes.
  • Serve it immediately or you can store it in the fridge until cooled.
