Scoop out the flesh from the avocado and place them in the high-speed blender along with maple syrup, cinnamon, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and coconut milk.
Blend them at high speed for a minute or two or until you get a smooth and creamy mixture. Scrape down the sides and blend again.
Check for sweetness and add more if needed.
Transfer the mixture to the serving bowls or sweet wine glass.
Garnish with sea salt flakes.
Serve it immediately or you can store it in the fridge until cooled.
